UTSUSHI is a film studio that creates with AI.
Our name comes from utsushi-e, a form of moving-picture theatre born in Edo-period Japan that told stories with light and narration. It is one of the origins of Japanese moving images.
The tools have changed to AI, but deciding what to show is still a human choice. We bring the directing craft of live-action filmmaking to AI, turning it into work that reaches people.
